John brings over 30 years' experience in institutional real estate markets. His experience extends across balanced real estate funds and long-lease real estate funds including the fund management of the Aviva Linked Property Fund valued at over £3.5bn. He led a team to launch and raise capital for AXA's UK Long Lease Property Fund. He has a passion for innovation and the application of prop-tech solutions.

John is also a Non-Executive Director at Thrive Homes, The Barnet Group and ELM Group.
